Three things, done properly.
Competitor map
We map the businesses you are actually losing to, and what they have that you do not. Usually thirty to fifty competitors, ranked by how often you appear beside them, with a note on what each one does well.
AI answer check
We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity about your business and your category, and record what they say. Where you are missing, named incorrectly or described as somebody else, that is written down, with the source they used.
Ninety-day page plan
A prioritised list of the pages to build, rewrite or refresh, with the reason for each one and what it is expected to do. Nothing padded, no page included to fill the page.
Two weeks, and the document is yours either way.
Week one is research: the competitor map and the AI answer check. Week two is the plan and a call to walk through it.
You keep the document, the competitor map and the plan whether or not you continue with us. If the plan says you do not need us, that is what the plan will say.
Who this is for
Businesses in healthcare, trades, professional services and hospitality businesses, in Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast, with an existing website and a CMS we can use. If you do not have those, the audit will say so, and we will point you to someone who can help.
Founding clients
The first five engagements run at a locked rate for twelve months. In exchange we ask for a written case study and your permission to publish the numbers.
