Terms of work.
Scope
Work is agreed in writing before it starts. The scope, the price and what counts as done are set out in that agreement, and anything outside it is quoted separately. Nothing on this site is an offer or a fixed price.
Ownership
You own the content, the design and the code we produce for you on payment. We keep ownership of the underlying templates, tools and internal systems we build and reuse, and we grant you a licence to use them as delivered.
Results
Search and AI visibility depend on factors outside our control, including what the platforms choose to show. We commit to the work, the process and the reporting. We do not promise a position in a search result.
