Case study — an exhibit with evidence
ClinicComply
Compliance management software for Australian GP clinics, built and operated by Better Networks at cliniccomply.com.au. It tracks the certificates, policies, checks and expiry dates a practice must keep current, and makes the next audit a formality instead of a crisis.
What it is
Multi-tenant SaaS for a market that cannot tolerate error: healthcare compliance. Practice managers get a live picture of everything that expires, everything that is overdue, and everything that is quietly fine. An IT vendor portal means equipment suppliers keep their own records current instead of emailing PDFs.
How it is built
Next.js + TypeScript
The whole front of house: onboarding, dashboards, the vendor portal.
Supabase + PostgreSQL
Row-level security on every table, so one clinic's data never touches another's.
Stripe
Tiered subscriptions billed automatically; nobody chases an invoice by hand.
Vercel
Deployments and previews on every change, with one-command rollbacks.
The results
Roughly 64% of new users arrive through organic search — no salesperson, no paid campaign. That is our SEO discipline applied to our own product, measured monthly.
The product has been operated, not abandoned: shipped, monitored, billed and supported by the same hands that built it, since day one.
